Our team is cross-trained in IT strategy and design, expert systems and artificial intelligence (AI), business analysis and has over 30 years subject matter expertise in Event Planning and Management. We assist corporate leadership with defining event goals and formulating strategy and executing successful events.

Paul Harrison
Chairman

Mr. Harrison has developed and sold several successful businesses, served as senior management in Fortune 500 companies, and ultimately created over $5 billion in revenues and enterprise values.

Mark Hubrich
President

Mark Hubrich is a successful entrepreneur with multiple successful ventures and exits in the software and hospitality industry. He co-founded SignUp4 out of his apartment and grew it for 16 years into a global platform resulting in a successful exit with its main competitor Cvent. Following that achievement, he had another win with Avolio event registration and led it during Covid to a merger with the top virtual events company Swapcard. He has been involved in AI technology for 6 years building new applications with the Vibizon technology platform in healthcare, fintech, hospitality, and ecommerce. With Optum Events, we are creating next generation AI Event Services that will be disruptive for the events tech industry.

Wesley Hardwick
Director

Wesley Hardwick is co-founder and CEO of Conference & Event Services, Inc. (CES, Inc.), a company which creates travel incentive programs, corporate meetings, and events. Wesley brings more than 35 years of operational experience to this position, 20 of which were spent managing the meeting and events team at AT&T. While at AT&T, Wesley provided event management expertise for the top 50 executives of the company including the Chairman and CEO and had responsibility for producing more than 200 events annually, with a budget of more than $200M.

Larry Greene
Director

Larry Greene co-founded Greene Worldwide Transportation in Atlanta, Georgia. Established in 1988, he grew the company to one of the largest transportation companies in Atlanta. After 29 years in the transportation business, he decided to open Emerald Coast Luxury Transportation in 2017 which has grown to be the largest luxury transportation provider in Northwest Florida. Larry is a past President of (Meeting Professionals International)MPI Georgia and also served on the board of HSMAI. He is currently a board member and current VP of Finance for the Florida Limousine Association.
